Privacy Policy

Last updated October 25, 2026

Prinquo (prinquo.com) is quoting and shop management software for print shops, built and run by Sam Hernandez in San Francisco, CA. This page explains, in plain English, what we collect, why, and who else sees it. Questions or requests: hello@prinquo.com.

What we collect

Your account. Your name, business name, email address and password. Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text.

What you put into Prinquo. Your price sheet, quotes, jobs, customers (names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, notes), uploaded files such as artwork, and the other information you enter while running your shop.

Payments. Card payments are handled by Stripe. We do not see or store full card numbers. We receive payment details such as the amount, date and status.

Usage and device data. Pages visited, browser and device type, approximate location from your IP address, and where you came from (for example, a link from an ad).

How we use it

To run Prinquo: create your account, build and send quotes, take payments, send you emails about your account, keep the service secure, fix problems and improve the product. We also use usage data and ad pixels to measure how well our advertising works.

Your customers' information

If you are a shop using Prinquo, the customer information you enter belongs to you. We process it only to provide the service to you. Public quote and request pages that your customers see do not load advertising pixels.

AI features

When you use AI quoting or other AI tools, the text you enter (and any shop details needed to build the result) is sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate the output. We do not sell this content.

Advertising and analytics pixels

On our public marketing pages (home, pricing, guides, about, this page) and on the sign-up page, we use the Meta pixel (Facebook and Instagram) and the TikTok pixel to count visits and sign-ups from our ads, and to show our ads to people more likely to be interested. The pixels set cookies and send Meta and TikTok information such as the page you viewed, your browser and device details, your IP address, and whether you created an account. We have turned off the pixels' automatic event detection and advanced matching, and send only two events: page views and account creation.

We do not load these pixels inside the Prinquo dashboard or on customer quote and request pages.

We also use Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate traffic counts. It does not use cookies.

Your choices. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we do not load our advertising pixel for you. You can also block these pixels with your browser settings or an ad blocker, adjust your ad preferences in your Facebook, Instagram or TikTok settings, or email us and we will help.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it with companies that help us run Prinquo, only as needed:

  • Supabase, for our database, sign-in and file storage
  • Vercel, for hosting and traffic analytics
  • Stripe, for payments and subscriptions
  • Anthropic, for AI features
  • Resend, for sending email
  • Meta and TikTok, for the advertising pixels described above

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our users and the service.

Under California law, sharing data with an ad platform through a pixel can count as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out with the choices above.

How long we keep it

We keep your account information and the data you enter for as long as your account exists. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete or anonymize your information, except what we must keep for legal, tax or security reasons.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can ask us to stop using it for advertising. Email hello@prinquo.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

Children

Prinquo is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

When we make changes, we will update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will tell account holders by email.
